SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Oleic Skin aims to have all orders dispatched within 24-48hours.

All orders should be delivered within 2-5 business days, by Australia Post regular mail service, depending on location: 

​

Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide: 2-3 business days 

Regional Victoria: 2-10 business days 
Brisbane, Hobart, Perth: 3-5 business days 

All other regional areas: 3-10 business days

Shipping is free Australia wide for orders over $50. 

​

All customers will receive an email confirmation when your order has been packed and posted, with a tracking number and details for you to follow. 

​

Once order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please review the returns policy, listed below.

 

If you have made an error with personal details (address, name, contact details), please email us at oleicskin@hotmail.com with the subject titled "URGENT". Please include the original and new address, as well as your order number.

Note: all postage times listed are estimates only, and do not account for public holidays, peak periods (i.e. Christmas), or internal postal carrier delays. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original seals attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@oleic.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
